COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer 6275A-100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynapar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Daytronic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Datalogic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynapar such as the 63ACDF0250AO36 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 40031321613k manufactured by Daytronic and we are pleased to be able to service most Daytronic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS4600A3100 by Manufacturer Datalogic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand PhotoelectricSourceHead in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dynapar such as EX6251000024 equipment made by Dynapar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynapar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynapar" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ES10692 made by Delphi as well as the popular E53KAL30A2E original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8171BS1111 by Cutler-Hammer and EX6251000024 spares by Dynapar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SUPB32500SDTXR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dover. |
